On behalf of the 2011 election committee I would like to request the translation of the election pages of this year's Wikimedia Foundation board election. The translation coordination page can be found at [[<a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Board_elections/2011/Translation">m:Board elections/2011/Translation</a>]].<br>
<br>In this year's election we have tried to reuse as much of the 2009 election pages as possible, to make it easier on translators. On the translation coordination page there is a box with links to diffs showing the changes between the 2009 and 2011 election pages. In most of them you will only have to change the year and some dates from 2009, which is very easy. The biggest changes are in the introduction and rules page, but that should also be fairly easy to do using the 2009 translation as a guide. (I did all of the Norwegian Bokmål translations myself in about 45 minutes, so it shouldn't be hard if your language was translated in 2009.)<br>
