Hello. I am looking for approval to install and serve software in my public_html folder at <a href="http://toolserver.org/%7Emono/" target="_blank">http://toolserver.org/~mono/</a>. This action is prohibited by the rules, as it would be considered a "large web application." I am working on deploying a LiveHelp system and I would like to use the Toolserver to serve the application for use directly on Wikimedia projects. The application is licensed as GNU GPL, uses PHP and MySQL, would be modified rather heavily for use on Wikimedia projects, and is available at <a href="http://mibew.org" target="_blank">http://mibew.org</a>.
