<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">All of my tools are broken, and I can't even access phpMyAdmin or mysql on the command line due to:<br><br>User 'jason' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 15)<br><br>This is odd since I've introduced no new tools and actually have had to shut down several that stopped working with last month's changes.
