Hi,

I have switched toolserver.org HTTP to use a Squid reverse proxy for 
load-balancing instead of Solaris Cluster.  In case of problems (like 
odd HTTP errors), please file an issue in JIRA.

NB: This is unrelated to the previous IPv6 changes.
