[Toolserver-l] can't connect to MySQL server

For some reason I'm getting the following error today from scripts in
both my personal account and my shared contests account:
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

I'm attempting to connect to the database "u_kaldari" at the host
"sql". It was working fine yesterday. Do I need to change something in
my config file?
