Right, input from non-engineers has zero value. Which is why our budget process is run entirely by engineers and all decisions are made by engineers and no non-engineers are ever affected by these decisions. In fact, there aren't even any non-engineers on this list! Not even ones like Oliver, who spends more time writing code than I do.</p>
