[teampractices] Updating the task graph in phabricator to the new version

I may be confused but that task in particular has no parent tasks and 7
child tasks (checked on "Edit related tasks"...) so I don't think it is
related to task graph size like the task you linked to mentions.

I'll post in that talk page anyways...
