[teampractices] [discovery] FYI: Discovery time spent on maintenance

I don't have any great suggestions on that, no.

At my last job, I was a contractor so recorded what I worked on down to
quarter-hour precision. It allowed answering questions like that, but most
people would feel the burden would outweigh the cost.
