[teampractices] Phabricator's "Epic" tag...why?

You are correct. It seems there is a bug (or poorly-designed feature) in
phabricator, where searching for [epic] ignores the square brackets and
just searches for epic. And since there is no way to restrict the search to
just the title, you will get some false hits where people used the word
"epic" in the description or a comment.

I still don't see that kind of filter as a must-have, but if it is, then
epic in the title is not a completely reliable way to achieve it.
