You can update the parameters for Bugzilla searches in your Bingle/Bugello
conf. If you run it manually or configure cron to run just prior to your
(presumably regular) bug triages, then you can get this for free.

The search query Bingle/Bugello uses is completely customizable within the
limits of what you can search for with the Bugzilla API (or RSS if that's
what you're using instead). So maybe you can find a way to mark bugs as
triaged in Bugzilla and query for that.
