</div><br>Are you saying we are now able to create users via API/web interface at <a href="http://test2.wikipedia.org">test2.wikipedia.org</a> and/or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org">en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org</a>? As far as I remember that was not possible because of CAPTCHA.<br>
