                It's a good time for San Francisco & PDT, less for
                the rest of the World. We want to reach a local critical
                mass, and if we can get extra participants via IRC then
                even better. We will try other locations and times in
                future activities, based on demand.<br>

                Next week we will fine tune the what and how. Your input
                is welcome, also in the form of direct wiki edits to the
                page. As soon as that page looks good I will announce
                the event in our local Wikipedia Tech meetup.<br>
