Lets follow up on the bug report or on the qa list if needed.

The root cause is the parsoid daemon on
deployment-parsoid04.eqiad.wmflabs which is spamming the application
servers on /w/api.php . So hard that the apaches timeout causing bits to
receive 503 (and Varnish to stop querying apaches).
