Hi,

I'm sending a brief outline of things I'll talk about on Thursday:

* intro, why tests are useful
* TDD cycle (http://i.stack.imgur.com/mtLAM.png)
** what BDD adds to TDD (more descriptive, readable by non-tech people)
* our problem: tests are an afterthought
** how tests not only test but enforce good code quality
* tools we use now
** how to set up (Ruby ecosystem, RVM, gems)
* writing a test for a feature

I'll be preparing the slides tonight. Do you think anything else should 
be added?
