[QA] help with a bug hunt? VisualEditor in Chrome

Another 'test charter' if anyone is interested:

In VisualEditor in Chrome, I think it might be possible to make the cursor
(arrow-right, arrow-left keys) move very slowly and laggy, but I haven't
found a consistent reproduction.

I'll send another note if I get another clue on this subject.
