A while ago, I have added a test in MediaWiki core to compare en, qqq
and messages.inc :

The LanguageDocumentationTest.php it introduces can most probably be
added to the extension test suite so Jenkins will run it out of the box
for any extensions currently having PHPUnit tests jobs.

I am not sure how bad our extensions are failing it though :(
