Thanks Rachel, good idea, but maybe a bit too long.

Chris and I have talked today and both of us like mediawiki-selenium name,
and since we already have mediawiki-vagrant, it makes sense to follow the
naming convention.

I am still open to changing the name, if somebody really dislikes
mediawiki-selenium, or has another idea.
