[QA] help update the QA wiki pages? (new people welcome!)

I have created a getting started page (
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Quality_assurance/gettingstarted ) and added
a link to this page from
QA page ( http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Quality_Assurance) under *Resources*.
Please let me know if this is OK.
