[QA] Visual Editor not available now

Hi-
I wanted to make you all aware that there is currently no Edit option for
Visual Editor available now when editing wiki pages on mediawiki.org.
This Edit option just disappeared this morning or late last night.  I have
learned that there was a horrible bug in production last night, and they
pulled Visual Editor to fix the problem.  It should be back later today
