Ah, I see that the nlwiki has decided (for whatever reason) to have some 
categories whose names start with "Categorie:Wikipedia:Something something". 
Not a good idea, although technically valid names.

replace.py -cat:Categorie:Wikipedia:Nog_te_categoriseren (... etc.)

should work.
