Note that you don't need Wikimedia community consensus for this, just agreement from
pywikipediabot maintainers that such a feature would be useful, and some general notion
that there exists bot owners out there who would use this feature.

Is this large enough for a gsoc project? I know nothing about pywikipediabot code, but
this doesn't seem like that big a thing.
