[WikimediaMobile] Using the mood bar as a tool to gauge the feeling of our beta users

Brandon, Brion, and I chatted about using the mood bar as a trending tool
for the opt in beta and i'd like to open it up to the members of this list.

The problem as I see it is that we have more and more beta users joining
and more and more features being enabled on the beta. Its getting tough to
know exactly why someone is happy or sad within individual comments as most
people don't want to have to fill out a form every single time they see an
issue.

What i propose is that we use the mood bar system to gauge the pulse of
changes within the mobile beta. This would not be used in any way to gauge
new editor trends like were currently doing on the desktop. Instead it
would be allow us to track how happy or sad people are with the beta over
time. For those users who really wanted to give us detail we would have a
140 character input box.

My thinking here is to make it as simple as possible for everyone to let us
know how were doing overall.
