[WikimediaMobile] 40% of Google queries in India are from mobile phones

CC'ing mobile-l@ to keep them in the loop. This really argues in favor of
improving our overall search experience through both google and our own
search. I'm really glad that were paying more attention to both.

For those in our beta we have our next search improvement coming out
tomorrow. Full screen search for the beta. We think this really improves
the experience and allows users to focus on what their doing better then
ever before.
