[Mediawiki-l] do you know a good hoster?

wow, they have good domainprices!

but its a shared webhoster too, right?

The reason why I am asking is because i cant update my installation from
1.16 because i always get an error. I cant run the update.php because i
dont have a command line on my shared webhosting.
