You probably don't need to do anything. MediaWiki already works very well on
almost any screen size. You can check for yourself using this very handy
tool:

http://browsersize.googlelabs.com/

When you resize your web browser to fit in those areas, it will show you
what your users will see AND it will give you an idea of how many people in
the world are using each screen resolution. In my Mediawiki installation, I
got more than 99% of the world able to see it. It doesn't get much better
than that!
