[Mediawiki-l] how to change html namespaces?

Hello,

I have a question about changing the document headers. Now my wiki pages
starts in this way:

  <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
      "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
  <html lang="es" dir="ltr">

But I want to change the DOCTYPE and the namespaces to:

  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
  <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML+RDFa 1.0//EN"
      "http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-rdfa-1.dtd">
  <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
        xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
        xmlns:rdfs="http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#"
        xmlns:owl="http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#"
        xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#"
        xmlns:foaf="http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/"
        xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" xml:lang="es">

Maybe I need to change a file, where is it?
