Are your users trusted?

If so, you might try the SQL2Wiki.php extension. Not sure where I  
found it, but it's probably on the MediaWiki site in  
Category:Extensions.

I don't think it will do exactly what you want -- it displays  
everything in HTML tables -- but we're experimenting with using it for  
project management and inventory, and it looks promising.

In any event, if you can do some PHP programming, the SQL2Wiki.php  
would probably be a good place to start to make your own custom  
extension.

But don't put this on a site with public access. Hate to think of all  
the trouble that could be caused!

big cost drivers. For example, how benefits are calculated, for  
example, is on the table. Whether or not benefits rise based upon wage  
increases or price increases. There's a series of parts of the formula  
that are being considered. And when you couple that, those different  
cost drivers, affecting those -- changing those with personal   
accounts, the idea is to get what has been promised more likely to be
