Ok, some comments.<br>
The languages box cannot be resized.<br>
It doesn't take into account the article size/quality. A
featured/good article should be more biased to appear on the sidebar
and/or the top of the list.<br>
Obviously not worth if article has only a few interwikis, but it may
be interesting to have links to the sections. The «<span
data-i18n="uls-search-help">You can search by language name,
script name, ISO code of language or you can browse by region:</span>

data-region="AM">America</a>, <a class="uls-region-link
regionselector" data-i18n="uls-region-EU" data-region="EU">Europe</a>,

After one of those selections, it's not clear how to come back to
the full list (actually, “Worldwide” could be confused for that, add
an “All” option?).<br>
What's the meaning of those spaces that appear sometimes between
languages? Blocks with no title?<br>
