Whatever works. If we decide to get things started by the weekend, then that will obviously require all translations to be done by then; and I'm not sure whether that will happen. Cbrown1023 will need to be consulted about that. As for me, I won't be able to be on-wiki for Saturday or Sunday, but that's not really a problem because my part in the update was mostly in documentation and general maintenance, which is largely done now. <div>

non-negotiable appointment with a flight from London to Sydney on Monday<br>
(dep. 11:15 UTC).<br>

So I think it comes down to: do we want to aim for a launch during the<br>
Easter long weekend? Or should we leave it until Tuesday or Wednesday<br>
after I get back to Sydney? Presumably some of you will have work to do<br>
around the launch time (CentralNotice, etc.), and I don't know how you<br>
will feel about doing it on the weekend.<br>
