<div dir="ltr">I've upgraded labsconsole to 1.21wmf8.<div><br></div><div>I also enabled Echo and merged a change in from Alex Monk for OpenStackManager to add an Echo notification for instance deletions. All sysadmins of a project will get a notification when an instance in the project is deleted.</div>
