[Labs-l] Twitter bots

Hello;

I'm thinking on creating a tool that would be a Twitter bot, for tweet
enwiki/commons picture of the day (with a thumb attached) and perhaps other
bots.

What is the best way to secure the token files? Allowing 'r' only to the
tool-username is enough?
