[Labs-l] define where to get help

Hi,

after some initial problems, our Java-based Tool is running stable now
(http://tools.wmflabs.org/languagetool/). But during this process, I
noticed that getting help wasn't easy. Nova Resource:Tools/Help lists
three items in its 'Contact' section: IRC, this mailing list, and
bugzilla. However, mailing lists are not something you want to subscribe
to if you only have one or two questions, bugzilla isn't a support
system, and on IRC it depends on whether someone can help you.

I suggest you define a standard way of getting help for Tool Labs. The
most obvious might be the discussion page of
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nova_Resource_Talk:Tools/Help.
People from the Tool Labs team would then need to watch that page and
make sure everybody gets an answer. I think this kind of support is
important, as distributed systems are quite complex and most developers
probably have no experience with the system used on Tool Labs.

Other than that, as I said, our Tool (four command-lined based Java
tools and one Tomcat webservice) is running fine now.

Regards
  Daniel
