If toolslabs uses the same PHP version being used on the Wikimedia
Cluster, it got updated recently on my request and to include some
security patches.

You can see the changelog on your instance using:

 zless /usr/share/doc/php5/changelog.Debian.gz

To confirm the package installed use `apt-cache policy php5` or of
course `php -version`.
