collaborative initiative of Sanhita, Gender Resource Centre and
Wikimedia Foundation on the issue of Women, Information &
Technology.</font></div>

<div><font face="tahoma,sans-serif">The initiative aims at exploring
the use Bangla Wiki to make information on women's rights &
issues easily accessible to existing & potential users. <br></font></div>
<div><font face="tahoma,sans-serif">Sanhita is inviting representatives
from various education institutes to a brainstorming session to develop
strategies of involving institutes and young women & students with
this process. Sanhita also looks forward to motivating reasearchers,
academicians, women rights activists to contribute to Bangla
Wiki thereby creating resources on gender issues in the Bengali
language! <br>
<br>This workshop will be held on March 18, 2011 at the Seagull Art & Media Resource Centre located at Bhawanipur, Calcutta.</font></div>
