[Foundation-l] Accepting airline miles as donations

Well of course it's a restricted donation, since it's a currency of airlines
and they have no cash value. That doesn't change the fact that a significant
amount of the budget is spent on flying people around, and this would allow
for that to happen with less financial consequences.
