[Foundation-l] Bunners at the bottom of every page

How about we NOT desysop him until/unless he tries to revert the changes and 
only then after deliberate contact from the Foundation?  I don't like that 
prerogative... ie, "we know what you're GOING to do, so we'll desysop you to 
prevent it".
