Good game (gg), internet slang that may be used at the end of a close  
game or match as a sign of good sportsmanship, signaling that it was a  
good competition. It can also be exchanged sarcastically by players at  
or near the conclusion of a gaming match to describe a game that is  
very one sided and therefore considered already over.

It's basically a sarcastic way to say "Way to go".
