We are aware that there is some question in some jurisdictions about  
the application of "or any later version." Creative Commons  
International in Berlin has a great person to ask about this --  
Catharina Maracke, its director, is perhaps the CC-DE lawyer you'd  
want to contact.

To answer your third question, I don't think we're viewing CC-BY-SA as  
something we'll need to escape from.
