[Foundation-l] wikipedia, metawiki, wiktionnaire restricted from China AGAIN?

FYI, after talking to the smart tech folks of Wikimedia, access to
*.wikipedia.org from China should be back to the state of affairs as
of a few days ago.

That is, everything accessible except for zh.wikipedia.org. I can
confirm this is true from my Beijing connection.
