[Foundation-l] Ensuring veracity of articles based on print sources

There is  only one way to *ensure* the veracity of
articles based on print sources, and that is fact
checking.  Any shortcuts to fact checking can be
gamed.  Of course, you can make the game harder than
it currently is, but if you are aiming for 100% no
hoaxes making them harder to recognize will not help
IMHO.
