[Foundation-l] Translations fundraising.wikimedia.org

I only joined this list today, so I don't know context of previous
discussions, but when I read in Wikizine Anthere's appeal, I wondered
where it was people wanting to help were supposed to do so, as it
seemed to all be on wikimediafoundation.org.
