[ComProj] Spread Wikiversity!

The upload of OpenDocuments to Commons, is not permitted! This is my
problem. I will send you my ODF-Documents, and if possible i will send them
to the mailing list. On Commons: Please vote for the ODF support, the "bug"
is allready known." In the German Wikiversity we give this information and
give users the opportunity to ask directly by mail for the templates
(ODF)...
In Germany it's now 19:15 pm ;-)
The timestables are the beginning and (@symode09) I believe it's a good
first step ;-)
