
One cannot take photographs of many real-world objects or scenes

without encountering trademarks.&nbsp; Cars bear trademarks (their

manufacturer's emblems, names, sometimes even shapes or paint

designs).&nbsp; Streets are covered with trademarks.&nbsp; And so on

and so forth.<br>
