[Commons-l] Problems with large file

Hi there,

Phantom has some problems with uploading an ogg-file with 11 MB. He asked at 
help desk ( 
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Help_desk#Upload-Probleme )  but 
with no "real" success.

Meanwhile the file was uploaded at 
http://rapidshare.com/files/89136176/De-Aschenputtel-wikisource.ogg.html in 
order to provide access for others.

Does anyone know what the problem is? The file limit on commons should be 20 
megs - no problem there. Is anyone able to upload it ... maybe "directly" 
from command line or something?
