[Wikimedia Chapters Reports] Chapters Report WMSE July 2010

This is the chapters report for Wikimedia Sverige July 2010. This month was
very hot, and generally lots of people have vacation in July, so it was a
slow month in Sweden.

==Wikimania==
*5 board members and 8 other members attended. This year we had set aside
€800 for travel expenses for everybody to share.

==Publisher==
*We assisited a publisher on how to correctly attribut images from Wikimedia
Commons.
