It's by Jean-Claude Juncker, a lead candidate for the European People's Party in the upcoming EU elections. </div>
<div><br></div><div>In his article he calls for a single European digital market, as well as reforms to areas such as copyright - including harmonisation of regulations across the EU. </div><div><br></div><div>This fits well with the work of the Free Knowledge Advocacy Group EU and so thought it worth a read.
