I wonder how much does it cost to run Wikiversity or Toolserver, that we have to offer tight project to be agreed by these parties. I always understood SS like another WMF project were WMF as a support organization to the community may offer us on of its written-off servers. The Labs seems to be a good alternative to a own server because the Labs give us a very dynamic platform to test and develop new features for Wikiversity and I think the Terms of Use [1] are not forbid our ideas.
