If all you want is to have the talk page content appear below the main
artile all you have to do is transclude it. That is, if your article is
titled Foo just add {{Talk:Foo}} at the bottom of it.
And if you want it to *always* work like that, I think you can glue it
into the skin, so that it always comes up.
