I have been in discussion with two institutions (the University of British Columbia and a military hospital in the USA) who are interested in collaborating with Wikipedia. One of the proposed ideas is to create a program that would simultaneously upload images deemed suitable to both Wikimedia Commons and the other Wiki in question.
