A couple of small changes related to Phabricator that can be used already today in your wikis:

phab: and phabricator: have been added to the interwiki map in order to link to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org conveniently.

Template:Tracked in mediawiki.org now supports Phabricator parameters. Other projects using this template are encouraged to update their versions.
